We are proud, and with good reason! SCW Systems has won the Transition Award 2025 in the Circular category with Steel CleanUp. A wonderful recognition for an innovative initiative that shows how circular solutions can really make a difference.

Steel CleanUp develops technologies that upgrade residual flows from steel production and make them reusable in the chain. What used to be considered waste is now given a second life - efficiently, sustainably and fully circular. The project shows that the circular economy is not just an ambition, but can be a concrete reality, even in a sector that has traditionally been difficult to make sustainable.

The jury particularly praised the innovative approach, the scalability of the concept and the positive impact on CO₂ reduction and raw material savings. And that is exactly what SCW Systems stands for: Bend the carbon curve towards zero.

This award is a great milestone, but certainly not the end point. The ambition remains high - and this success gives us extra energy to continue building on tomorrow's circular solutions.
