Steel CleanUp selected for funding from the EU Innovation Fund!

Steel CleanUp, part of SCW Systems, has been selected to receive a grant from the EU Innovation Fund. Out of hundreds of applications, 61 projects were selected for this grant, including Steel CleanUp. A fantastic achievement that we are very proud of! Congratulations also to the other selected projects.
We would like to thank the EU for this support and for its confidence in our project. The financial support is intended to facilitate and accelerate the upscaling of Steel CleanUp's innovative technology for making steel production more sustainable.
Steel CleanUp has developed a process that can drastically reduce CO₂ emissions and waste production in the steel industry through the smart reuse and upgrading of waste streams such as steel slag. The commitment to contribute from the Innovation Fund emphasises the importance of this breakthrough for European climate goals and the transition to a circular industry. The EU Innovation Fund is impressed by the high degree of innovation, the scalability of the solutions, and the potential impact on the climate and the environment.
Special thanks from Steel CleanUp to Delta H, and in particular Yvan Bollet. Without your help, this would not have been possible.
